The promise

Nobody leaves the room the same way they walked in.

Warmth first, then the hard questions. She speaks the language of founders, executives and eighteen-year-olds alike — and sends every one of them home with something to do on Monday.

02 — About

A practitioner, not a commentator.

Nguyễn Phi Vân has spent more than twenty-five years building brands, retail models and franchise systems across Asia, the Middle East, Africa and Eastern Europe. She did that work as a senior executive inside multinationals long before she did it from a stage — which is why what she says on one holds up when a room takes it back to the office on Monday.

Today she chairs Go Global Holdings, which has invested in fourteen Vietnamese small and medium enterprises, and the Vietnam Franchising & Licensing Network. She is a board director of the ASEAN Business Angel Alliance Network and a Senator for Vietnam at the World Business Angels Investment Forum, advises the Vietnamese government on startup ecosystem development, and invests as an angel in thirty-four technology startups across the United States and Southeast Asia.

Outside business, she founded Library of Dreams, which has built 376 creative libraries for children across 29 provinces of Vietnam and is working towards a thousand by 2030, and the Go Global Learning Hub, a free skills platform for young Vietnamese carrying more than a hundred courses.

She has written eleven books, in Vietnamese and English, on franchising, technology, the future of work and the skills the next generation will actually need. One of them, NYM, was written together with an artificial intelligence — years before that stopped being unusual.

04 — Brand partnerships

A few brands a year. Chosen on values.

Her audience follows her for judgement, not for advertising. So partnerships are rare, long-form and only ever with brands she would recommend to a friend — and she says so out loud when a campaign is paid.

What she says yes to
  • Mindset Shift & Reinvention
  • Going Global & Global Growth
  • Leadership & Organizational Transformation
  • Workforce & Workplace Transformation
  • Digital Transformation
  • Personal Growth & Development
  • Future of Work, Jobs & Skills
  • AI Trends & Applications
  • SME & One-Person Company Development
  • Franchise Brand Building & Global Development
  • Startup & Innovation
Ways to work together
  • Long-term ambassadorshipA season or a year, with a single point of view carried across channels
  • Campaign collaborationA defined story told over several weeks — video, writing, live
  • Branded talk or masterclassYour audience, her content, your name on the programme
  • Content seriesWritten or filmed, published to her own channels and yours
  • Event hosting and moderationLaunches, panels and awards, in Vietnamese or English
What she declines
  • Subjects that do not align with her personal core values
  • Claims she cannot personally verify, or products she has not used
  • Get-rich-quick, speculative finance and anything sold on fear
  • Products marketed to children that work against their learning
  • One-off posts with no relationship behind them
Every paid collaboration is disclosed in advance, in the same medium. Editorial control over wording stays with her; approval of claims stays with the brand.
