Included in every engagement

- Withholding tax and personal income tax on the fee are borne by the organiser. Amounts above are net to her.
Quoted by the hour, not by package — multiply by the hours you actually need. Withholding tax and personal income tax are borne by the organiser, so the rates above are net. Non-profit, education and community rates exist — just say so.
Travel and routing
She is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Any international travel of up to five hours requires arriving one day before the event. Any international travel of six hours or more requires one day for the journey and one day of rest before the event.
Lead time
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a keynote and lets the tailoring process run properly. Four weeks is workable. Under two weeks is rarely possible and never ideal — the session would not be rebuilt for your room, and that is the part that makes it work.
Virtual delivery
A first-class format, not a fallback. She presents from a wired studio setup in Ho Chi Minh City with backup connection, and runs the same interaction structure as in person. Time zones from UTC−5 to UTC+11 are workable; anything further needs a conversation about the hour.
What is included
The tailoring calls before the event, the session itself, and audience Q&A. A book signing, a VIP or press meeting, a pre-event promotional post, or a recorded message for your delegates can be added — ask when you enquire rather than after the contract, so it is scheduled rather than squeezed in.
Accessibility and language
She delivers in Vietnamese, English and Chinese. Simultaneous interpretation into other languages works well if the interpreter receives the deck and a glossary a week ahead. Slides carry high-contrast type and are readable from the back row; a large-print handout and a transcript can be supplied on request.
Contracting and invoicing
The contract is signed with Nguyễn Phi Vân personally, as an individual — not through any company. Fees are quoted by the hour, in VND for engagements in Vietnam and USD internationally, so you multiply by the hours you actually need rather than guessing which package your event falls into. Withholding tax and personal income tax on the fee are borne by the organiser; the published rates are net to her. Where travel is involved, the organiser covers business-class airfare and five-star accommodation on top of the per diem. Non-profit, education and community rates exist — say so in the enquiry.
Technical rider
- Lavalier or over-ear mic — handheld only if the room forces it.
- 16:9 projection, HDMI, confidence monitor facing the stage.
- Slides delivered 5 working days ahead; no template overlays on her deck.
- Recording permitted for internal use; public release needs written consent.
- International travel: business class on flights over 5 hours, one night before.
