Who handles your data
This site is operated by Nguyen Phi Van together with Go Global Holdings. Both act as the controllers of the personal information you submit here. You can reach us about anything on this page at privacy@nguyenphivan.com.
What we collect, and why
We only collect what a form asks for. Today that is:
- Speaking, media and advisory enquiries — your name, organisation, email, the event name and date, location and format, audience size and seniority, delivery language, budget band, topic, what success looks like, and your message. Used to answer you and to prepare the engagement you are asking about.
- Partnership and brand enquiries — your name, email, brand, category, product, target markets, deliverables, intended usage, exclusivity, timeline, budget and the value link you describe. Used to assess and reply to the proposal.
- Media kit and matchmaker requests — the contact details you enter, so we can send you the material or the match you asked for.
- Interface language — the language you were using on the site, so that we reply in that language rather than guessing.
- Your consent record — whether you ticked the consent box, the exact wording shown to you, its version, the time, and whether you also opted in to email updates. This is kept as evidence that the consent was given.
We do not ask for identity documents, payment card numbers or any special category of data through these forms. Please do not put such details in a free-text message.
Legal basis
We process what you submit on the basis of the consent you give on the form, and in order to take the steps you asked for before any engagement. Marketing email is sent only to people who ticked the separate, optional box.
Who else sees it
Submissions are stored in our own database and mirrored to our website platform so the team can work from one record. We use an email provider to deliver the notification and any reply. These providers process the data on our instructions only. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with a brand, organiser or partner unless you asked us to make that introduction.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is live and for up to 24 months after the last contact, so that we have context if you come back. Your consent record is kept for as long as we hold the submission it belongs to. Ask us to delete earlier and we will.
Your choices
- Withdraw your consent at any time — write to us and we stop processing and delete.
- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Unsubscribe from email updates from any message, without affecting your enquiry.
One email address handles all of this: privacy@nguyenphivan.com.
Changes to this page
If the consent wording on our forms changes, we publish the new version here and record which version each submission was given under, so an older record always points back to the words that were actually shown.
